Are you always amazed by the diverse dishes of Indonesian cuisine? Our chefs will take you on a culinary journey during the Daging Rendang workshop. Goodbye take-away, hello I-make-it-delicious-myself!

In this workshop, you will learn to make slow-cooked beef in the Sumatran style, traditionally served with rice.

The aromas of various herbs and spices will tantalize your senses!

Bet that you’ll blow your guests away when you serve them the most delicious homemade rendang at home! You’re setting the bar high for them 😉

After the workshop, you’re welcome to enjoy your own creations with the entire workshop group. It’s even more fun to do this with a group of friends!

HOUSE RULES

Please ensure that you arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. The entrance to the cooking studio will open 15 minutes prior. Unfortunately, there is no waiting area available.
Smoking is not allowed indoors. However, an outdoor area has been designated for smoking.
Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we strongly discourage bringing a dog.
Wear practical clothing, including flat, closed-toe shoes. We also recommend avoiding (or using a minimal amount of) perfume, leaving jewelry at home, and tying your hair back. Please follow these guidelines as applicable.

RESERVATION

A reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. We highly appreciate it if you cancel your reservation in a timely manner if this is the case.

ACCESSIBILITY

The entrance is located at Verrijn Stuartweg 30C.
There is sufficient space around Central station where you can park for free.
From Amsterdam Central station there is a metro (53) to Diemen every 15 minutes. From there it is about a 5 minute walk.

OTHER

The recipes of the lesson will be emailed to the email address provided within a few days after the lesson.
The digital confirmation email is sufficient, it does not need to be printed
Aprons and cooking utensils will be provided in the cooking studio.
Only debit card (Maestro) is possible.
