It goes without saying that Patrick has to taste every dish before it comes on the menu. That’s why you have to go to him to ask what you really should taste when you eat at Oriental Downtown. According to Patrick you should eat the ‘Wagyu Siu Mai’ dim sum. The best dim sum in Amsterdam!
